For in stock items, we do delivery in 3-5 days (Monday to Friday) for UK customers. For none in stock items, delivery usually takes up to 10 days longer. If there is any delay we will inform customer via email.,
However, for uncontrollable reasons such as traffic, weather, unrecognised address or strike etc, the delivery might be delayed and we will take no reliabilities for the delay.
Our delivery carrier only make two attempts. If customer is not at home to sign for it for second time, then you have to collect the products yourself from local depot.
Please Note: Once the orders are dispatched, your delivery address cannot be changed. So we suggest, you put,a convenient delivery address where you can be,to sign for it. If you cannot be there to sign for it, you need to go to local depot to collect it yourself.
Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
Please note that delays may occur in customs and these delays are beyond our control.
We are not responsible for any import tax charged on your package.
We offer refunds for any product that was indicated in stock when they were purchased . All products must be returned within 7 days from the date they were received. Postage is not refundable.
We offer an exchange for any product that is returned within 7 days from the date it was received. Both ways of shipping cost will be on customers’ costs.
For both return and exchange you must email us to admin@eleganteveningdresses.co.uk to get address details. Any returns sent back after 7 days will be returned to sender. All returns including packaging must be in the same condition of which they were received, products must be unworn, no perfume and tags(or Label) on. If the product has any sign of worn or stain, it will not be refunded.
We strongly recommend that you check your sizes with those on our size chart. If you have any doubts about sizing please contact us to discuss options before purchasing. Orders of the wrong size are not refundable.
Any faulty products must be returned within 7 days in original condition for a refund. Over 7 days, any products can neither be returned nor exchanged. As all our products are hand made, so might have removable stain, we don’t consider this as defected products. Any product that has been purposely made faulty by the customer will be sent off to be examined and if we feel that this is not a manufacturing error will be sent back to the consumer.
In the case you force to zip up when the dress is too tight, we cannot issue you a refund but only a replacement dress. Postage would be on your cost.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Please send the parcel back to us by recorded delivery as we take no responsibility for the parcel until we receive it.
We are happy to offer exchange if the products are not suitable .You can change to any other size or any other product.
The products must be in the original condition, such as in original packaging, no sign of worn, no perfume, with tags etc.
We check all returned products closely as we do not wish to sell used products to our customers, so if there is any sign of worn, it will not be exchanged.

1) Please email us at admin@eleganteveningdresses.co.uk or fill out our returns form and also tell us what product (including product code, colour and size) you want to exchange to.
Please DO quote your transaction ID when you email us.
The Transaction ID was sent to you when the order was completed, and shipped. Sometimes it might get caught by your junk mail box.
2) The products must be shipped within 7 days from the date they were received.
3) Please make a note to describe the reason why you are returning the product.

4) When we receive the product within 7 days, we will process the exchange. For none in stock item it might take up to 10 days. So if you need the product urgently we suggest exchangig for the in stock items.

After 7 days of receiving the product no exchange or refund will be offered.
Shipping cost for exchange (both ways) is at customers expenses.
We only provide exchange twice for one order. We would also suggest to retain a proof of postage when returning an item to us as we do not take responsibility for items not received.
For faulty products we offer free exchange and also refund for the postage. Please enclose the receipt from post office when ship back the products.
However we do check every product carefully before we send anything out to ensure the perfection of our products.
